Isabel Bueno
Isabel Bueno is a partner at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados. Her practice focuses on pension matters and executive compensation, including monitoring of pensions and tax assessments related to employee compensation, as well as representing clients in court and administrative proceedings. Bueno’s expertise includes preparation of employee long term incentive plans, negotiations of profit sharing plans, and general advice on pensions and tax matters in connection with expatriation of employees. She has assisted in the drafting of legislative bills concerning taxes on pensions. Bueno is the Chair of the Women Lawyers’ Interest Group Committee of the International Bar Association. She completed her legal studies and post-graduate studies with a concentration in Constitutional Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
