As SVP, human resources and chief diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) officer at AES, Jen Killer is responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s global people strategy, prioritizing actions that position AES as a global leader in the just energy transition. Jen has held prior roles at AES across multiple HR disciplines, including VP, HR in the US; VP, HR for Global Functions; director, Total Rewards; Director, HR Operations; and global mobility manager. Prior to joining AES in 2007, Jen was a senior manager of HR at PanAmSat, a global satellite communications company, where her key accomplishments included the implementation of a global HRIS and payroll system, and strategic M&A support, including the post-merger integration of PanAmSat and Intelsat. Jen graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Psychology and received her MBA from Fairfield University.
