Jihan Zoghbi is CEO and founder Dr. TIS, president of ABCIS and CIO Ameplan Saúde. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2002), master's in computer science from USP (2011) and PhD in computer science from USP (2016). She has over 20 years of experience in the field of computer science applied on health field, with an emphasis on computer graphics and medical image processing. As a CIO at the healthcare insurance Ameplan for 6 years, she is responsible for the implementation and optimization of the management system processes of the operator and accredited hospitals and digitalization of the entire imaging sector. During her master's degree she developed a method of semi-automatic segmentation of brain tumors from MRI images to help doctors delineate the tumor and monitor the evolution of the disease. Passionate about medical images, she continued my doctorate to classify images of rat organs to detect sepsemia in its initial state in order to extend this study to large animals and humans. From this experience of her trajectory to Dr. TIS, the Dr. Cloud Web platform was born, which came to add to the introduction of cutting-edge technology in the image area, with a viable cost for all sizes and sizes of health institutions.
