Juan Luis Bour is a chief economist at the Fundación de Investigaciones Económicas Latinoamericanas (FIEL), a position he's held since 1977. Bour also serves as a consultant for the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Harvard Institute for International Development and several Latin American governments. Additionally, he is a professor of economics at the University of Buenos Aires.
