Since joining BCG Brighthouse in 2015, Judy Oh has led purpose-driven transformations, culture mobilizations, and brand activations for some of the largest and most complex organizations.

Judy received her BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Prior to BrightHouse, Judy was a senior consultant in a healthcare finance firm and founded a nonprofit organization to promote AAPI representation in the mainstream media. She is an alumni of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community and  authored thought leadership on ESG, Future of Work, and DEI.
