Juliana Cardoso, 29, from São Paulo, holds a BS in environmental engineering, an MBA from EAESP FGV/Babson College, an MPA from Columbia University SIPA and is coursing a masters degree in public law at FGV. She has worked in the private sector in the area of environmental management and was deputy Ssecretary of environment and natural resources at the Hidromineral City of Poá, São Paulo.
