Karina Saade
Karina Saade is country head of Brazil. In this role, Saade is responsible for leading the Brazilian business including setting its strategy for growth, delivering the full suite of BlackRock products and services to Brazilian clients and engaging with key local stakeholders. She is a member of the Human Capital Committee, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and Latin America's Regional Executive Committee. Prior to her current role, she was COO and Head of Strategy for the Latin America region. Saade joined BlackRock in 2007 as a senior credit analyst in BlackRock's New York-based Portfolio Management Group, covering banks and other financial services companies. Before BlackRock, Saade held positions in the credit risk management and investment banking divisions of Goldman Sachs in New York, focusing on consumer, retail, and financial services companies. Saade earned a BA degree, with distinction, in economics and international relations from Stanford University in 2002 and an MBA degree from Harvard University in 2007.
