Kevin Efrusy
Kevin Efrusy is a general partner and partner at Accel and the founder of Corio, where he focuses on efforts in Brazil and Latin America. He served as the first chief executive officer and president at IronPlanet and also served twice as an entrepreneur-in-residence at Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers (KPCB). Efrusy was also a product manager at Zip2 Corporation and a strategy consultant of Bain & Company Inc. and Monitor Group. Currently, he serves as a board observer of Facebook and board member of BranchOut, Mig33, Hyperic, Aptana, Northscale, Tumri, Genius, Couchbase, Project Goth Pty Ltd, and Medio Systems. He also serves as a director and member of Capital Access Network, and as a member of the Board of Directors of Metacafe and Mindlab. Previously, he served as a director of Terracotta, XenSource, SpringSource, BBN Technologies, and Groupon. In 2011, he was listed at number six on the Forbes Midas List of Top 100 Tech Investors. Efrusy holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar and an MS EE, a BS EE and a B.A. in economics from Stanford University.
