EVP Market Development, Latin America and Caribbean, Mastercard

Kiki Del Valle is the EVP Market Development for Latin America and Caribbean at Mastercard. In her role, she and her team are responsible for executing Mastercard’s digital strategy with LAC digital merchants, fintechs, and technology partners. Along with her team, Ms. del Valle is responsible for expanding Mastercard’s digital footprint in the region and driving transformational efforts across digital payments in 45 countries and territories. Prior to this role, she was senior vice president of Digital Future at Mastercard, delivering digital product innovation and accelerating digital adoption through our existing tokenization and acceptance infrastructure. Ms. del Valle joined Mastercard in 2008, leading Digital Merchants globally in North America. She played a key role driving Mastercard preference, co-brand engagements, value-added services, and data insights. She led partner engagements with Operating Systems and Social Network players globally. Before joining Mastercard, Ms. del Valle held roles in finance and new product development at The Home Depot and General Electric. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
