Lala Lovera
Lala Lovera is the founder of Fundación Comparte Por Una Vida in Colombia, and has been working in the field of social work for 15 years, focusing mainly on childhood, youth and motherhood. Currently, she is working to provide nutrition for school-aged children and pregnant mothers affected by the Venezuelan exodus in Colombia, especially in Cúcuta and Cartagena, with the intention of expanding into Bogotá and Medellín. Before serving as the head of Fundación Comparte Por Una Vida , Lovera worked for more than seven years coordinating teams and programs for rights restitution to children in the public Colombian system, focused on adoptions and pregnant mothers at the Casa de la Madre y El Niño. She has extensive experience leading and participating in volunteering activities with public and students, starting with the fundraising, followed by sessions and working on the field with beneficiaries. She obtained an education degree in Caracas, Venezuela and has continued her studies in areas such as international cooperation, social responsibility in companies and management of social projects.
