Liliana Páez is the founder and chief executive officer of Global Smart Products, a company with a global presence specializing in creating, designing, and selling innovative products. She is also the author of Female Power: A Women’s Guide to Becoming a Millionaire, a guide for all women who seek to achieve their professional and financial goals. Páez began developing her business empire as a teenager, when she began to carve her path to financial independence. She moved to Miami and enrolled at Florida International University to pursue a degree in business and marketing. After graduating, she used her experience in real estate sales and joined Fortune International, where she served as director of sales and distinguished herself as a top seller for the company. Always in search of new revolutionary products that can be developed and lead to an international market, Páez has placed the Global Smart Products products in major chain stores worldwide. With her first book, Páez hopes to inspire other women to take charge of their own lives.
