Luis Alberto Moreno is currently managing director at Allen & Co. He served as the president of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) from 2005 to 2020, where he led significant transformations in the institution, including capital increases and initiatives for sustainable development. Prior to his tenure at the IDB, Moreno was Colombia's ambassador to the United States from 1998 to 2005, and minister of Economic Development in Colombia from 1992 to 1994.
