Marcela Drehmer is the CFO of Odebrecht S.A. Before joining Odebrecht S.A. in July 2013, she was the CFO and vice president of Investor Relations at Braskem. Drehmer also served as Braskem’s acting director of finance and managed the Structured Finance Department. During this time, she was heavily involved in the consolidation process of Braskem. Drehmer’s first affiliation with Odebrecht S.A. came in 2001 when she worked with the company’s vice president of Investment. She began her career in 2000 as a Corporate Finance intern at Credit Suisse in Boston and later in New York City. Drehmer holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from the Universidade de Salvador-Bahia (UNIFACS) and a post-graduate degree in Finance from the Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (Imbec) in São Paulo.
