Marcos Lisboa is the director president of Insper, where he previously served as vice president. He was the executive director of Itaú-Unibanco, where he also acted as vice president. Lisboa was the president of IRB Brasil RE and was the secretary of political economy for Brazil's Ministry of Finance. He was an assistant professor of economics at the Escola Brasileira de Economia e Finanças at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and, previously, was an assistant professor in the Economics department at the University of Stanford. He has a PhD. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
