Maria Paula Perdomo
Third Committee Expert and Gender Focal Point, Mission of Chile in the United Nations
Maria Paula Perdomo represents Chile’s foreign policy priorities at the United Nations on the issues of social development, human rights and gender. She has actively engaged in multilateral action and worked with the private sector, and along civil society to strengthen multi sectoral partnerships. She is also a graduate student at Columbia University, where she is completing a Masters in Public Administration.
Previously, Maria Paula worked at the grassroots level with Latinx youth in the United States. A proud Colombian and Latina, always looking for opportunities to build bridges between the needs of local communities and global solutions.
