Matías Spagui is the executive director of Mercado Pago Chile. He is leading the local operations of the Latin American company, which is the main payment processor in the region, with $13.7 billion on payment processed. Before joining Mercado Pago, Spagui worked during six years at Google as industry manager leading commercial initiatives. Before Google, he worked at LATAM Airlines, in areas of customer intelligence and loyalty. Spagui has a degree in civil engineer from the Federico Santa María university and participated in the executive education marketing program at University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
