Mauricio Garrón is director of energy strategy and analysis at CAF – Development Bank of Latin America. Previously, he was director of strategic projects at the Energy Organization of Latin America and director of energy regulation at the Ministry of Energy of Bolivia. Garron holds an MBA from the University of Vienna and a master’s degree in economic development from the University of Notre-Dame de la Paix. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Catholic University of Bolivia.
