Máximo Vedoya
Máximo Vedoya is executive president of Ternium Mexico. He was the executive president of Ternium in the Andean region from 2010 to 2012. Vedoya was appointed international and steel purchases director for the northern region at Ternium in 2008. He headed the commercial division of Ternium Sidor in Venezuela from 2004 to 2008. Previously, Vedoya held different positions in the planning, sales, and exports areas at Propulsora Siderúrgica, Ternium Sidor in Venezuela, and Ternium Siderar in Argentina. He is currently vice-president of the chamber of manufacturing industries of Nuevo León and of Mexico’s national chamber of the iron and steel Industry. Vedoya holds a BA in industrial engineering from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology and an MA in business administration from Stanford University.
