Monica Flores was named managing regional director of ManpowerGroup Latin America in January 2013. Since joining ManpowerGroup in 1994, she has held a variety of positions across the organization including: operations and sales manager from 1994 to 1995, delivery services manager from 1995 to 1996, outsourcing assistant director from 1996 to 1998, managing and operations support assistant director from 1998 to 1999, commercial director from 2003 to 2007, and general director for the Mexico & Central America region from 2007 to 2012. Ms. Flores is a member of the Steering Committee and Board of American Chamber Mexico (AMCHAM) and member of the Board of the Confederación Patronal de la República Mexicana (COPARMEX). She is also President of Manpower Foundation. Ms. Flores graduated from the National Autonomous University in Mexico as an Actuary. She holds a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from the Panamerican University, as well as a MBA from IPADE Business School. Her academic development is also complemented by a certificate in Philosophy and History of Mexican Culture.
