Natalia Ramirez
Natalia Ramirez is a managing director at Lazard with extensive experience in investment banking, private equity, and strategic consulting in Latin America. Since joining Lazard in 2012, she has served as an advisor on several M&A transactions. Ramirez has also advised in several restructuring operations such as the strategic assessment of alternatives for Electricaribe, an asset sale for the liquidation of the Saludcoop Group, the restructuring of Pacific Rubiales (now Frontera Energy), and the strategic assessment of alternatives for Emcali’s Telecom business unit. Prior to joining Lazard, she was country manager of ContourGlobal, where she was responsible for all business development efforts in the region. Previously Ramirez was a partner at Arcadia Capital Partners where she advised numerous companies across a broad range of industries. She was also the Organizational Effectiveness manager at Ecopetrol and before that she was a consultant at Booz & Co for over six years. Ramirez has served as a board member of several Colombian companies in the transportation and energy sectors. She holds a BS in civil engineering from the Universidad de los Andes and a MSc TPP from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
