Nicolás Kaplun is the chief business officer and general manager for Latin America at Globant. Through this position, he runs and oversees all aspects of the Latin America operation at Globant, including the business development strategy, team building, and management and overall client relationship. Prior to joining Globant, Kaplun worked at Accenture where he served as managing director in the Financial Services Division, leading sales for the Hispanic South America Region as well as holding several executive roles at companies such as Citibank, Zurich, Telefónica, and Korn/Ferry International.
