Nicolás Kaplun is the chief business officer in Latin America + at Globant, overseeing all aspects of the Latin America operation and certain portfolios in the United States, including business development strategy, team building and management, and overall client relationship. He also collaborates in global strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Globant, Nicolás served as CEO  and managing director in the Financial Services Division of Accenture, leading Sales for the Hispanic South America Region. Before that, he held executive roles in world-class companies such as Citibank, Zurich, Telefónica, and Korn/Ferry International. His experience with innovative companies is fully aligned with the global passion to provide real value to clients by transforming their businesses.

With extended studies in business and finance, he focused his career on developing business opportunities for companies throughout the region. Nicolás holds postgraduate studies in finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a degree in business administration from Universidad de Belgrano.
