Noël Zemborain serves as the president of JA Americas, an organization that empowers young people for future jobs and is part of the world's largest network that inspires and prepares youth for employment. She is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of management experience in Latin America and Europe. 

She excels in multicultural environments and is passionate about promoting quality education, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation. Noël is a proud JA alumnus and between 2018 and 2022, she served as the executive director of Junior Achievement Argentina. In 2016 and 2017, she worked at the Ministry of Education of Argentina, where she led multisectoral dialogues on various educational topics throughout the country. 

She was the coordinator of the Center for Social Innovation at the University of San Andrés, and during her time in Spain, she worked at Oxfam, an international development cooperation organization, in the communication and marketing field. She holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from Austral University, a postgraduate degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of San Andrés, and a Master's degree in Marketing from ESADE—Barcelona.
