Oscar Montezuma
Oscar Montezuma is founder and CEO at Niubox, a leading consulting legal and regulatory firm specialized in the technology industry with operations in Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia. Montezuma received his law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and a master's degree (LLM) from The George Washington University. Montezuma has extensive experience in the telecommunications, media and information technology industry in the public and private sector. He served as consultant to the Colombian Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications and as member of the Copyright Committee of INDECOPI (Peruvian competition and intellectual property agency). He holds a Diploma in cybersecurity from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He is a professor in different universities on courses related to law and technology and regularly contributes articles and interviews to reputable media outlets.
