Pablo Claver
Pablo Claver is partner and managing director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Since he joined BCG in 2005, he has developed unparalleled expertise within the People and Organization Practice (POP), where he has led most of his client projects. Besides being the POP Node for the ISA system (Iberia and South America, with offices in Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Panama and Costa Rica), he is the global leader for the Build, Operate, Transfer (BOT) Topic, a BCG bullet proof approach to help clients build-up their capabilities to own their digital transformation. As a prominent expert in People Strategy, Talent and Change Management, he has written articles and papers in international and Spanish business publications (Harvard Business Review, Expansión, Cinco Días, El País,…) and performed as a keynote speaker in relevant public and private forums. He is also member of People-focused forums, such as enClave de Personas, a think tank of People function leaders that focuses on relevant Talent and Leadership topics. He has an executive MBA from Babson College (Massachusetts, USA), and holds a double degree (BS) in business administration and law from Universidad Carlos III (Madrid, Spain), including an Exchange Program at Solvay Business School / ULB (Brussels, Belgium).
