Patricia Prospero is a seasoned senior HR executive with extensive experience across Latin America. Known for building high-performing teams and aligning HR practices with business goals to accelerate growth and innovation. Patricia is the current HR VP for Diageo, Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) since July 2022. In this role, Patricia leads the Human Resources for the region, driving strategic people initiatives and organizational transformation. Patricia is also part of the global Diageo HR Leadership Team.

Serving in multiple HR leadership roles in the past and with a strong background in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Executive Coaching, Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership Development, Patricia has a proven track record of fostering a positive work culture and enhancing employee engagement. She acquired her experience in financial services with American Express and Zurich Insurances; later, with Baxter Healthcare, Baxalta, Shire, and Brightstar, supporting businesses across Latin America region and globally.

Prior to Diageo, Patricia was the Human Resources function leader for Americas at Cisco. In this role Patricia actively contributed to the success of a business with annual revenue of $34 billion dollars composed by Latin America, Canada and US Sales/Commercial.
