Paul Williams is Deputy Mayor of St. Paul. Prior to his appointment, he was senior vice president of field strategies and development for the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), where he supported 30 major urban areas across the country and managed a $75 million operating budget. Previously, Deputy Mayor Williams served as vice president and senior manager of fund distribution for the United Way of the Saint Paul Area from 1989 to 1992.
