Paula Ramos
Paula Ramos is a partner in the New Jersey office of McKinsey & Company. She joined McKinsey in Brazil in 2003 as a business analyst and today is one of the leaders of the healthcare and consumer goods practices in the Americas. She has extensive experience serving consumer, retail, and healthcare clients focused on topics such as growth and commercial strategy. Ramos has been heavily involved in women’s advancement topics in Latin America in the last decade. Prior to her recent move to the United States, she led a Women’s Initiative for McKinsey in Latin America as part of the Women Matter research initiative in the region. She was a speaker in multiple forums in Brazil including Ana Paula Padrão’s ‘Momento Mulher’. Ramos is part of the Mulheres do Brazil group, which is comprised of key female CEOs in Brazil whose mission is to promote gender equality at the national level. She has a bachelor’s in commerce with a double major in finance and economics from McGill University in Canada and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
