Rolf Schmitz is a managing director with Scotiabank's Energy Group in Houston where he is responsible for the institution's Energy Portfolio in Latin America and the Caribbean. He has over 15 years of experience in structuring corporate and project finance solutions across the region. During this term Schmitz has arranged transactions totaling over $10 billion. He holds a master’s degree in economics from the Vienna University of Economics.
