Samantha Ricciardi
Samantha Ricciardi is the managing director, country head, for BlackRock Mexico. Additionally, she is a member of the Executive Committee for the Latin American region and the BlackRock Global Operating Committee. Prior to assuming her current position in 2013, Samantha served as Executive director for sales in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean region, where she was responsible for distribution and management of relation between Mexico and Retail (private banking, independent advisors, y family offices), Ishares and institutional. Before this, Samantha was director of institutional sales and retail in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean region. Before joining BlackRock, Samantha was the managing director for Schroders Mexico, where she was responsible for designing and implementing the business restructuring in Mexico as well as developing alliances with key players in the institutional market. Within BlackRock, she leads the Women’s Initiative (WIN) in Latin America and Iberia, as well as being a member of the WIN Global Steering Committee. She holds a BA in International Relations from the Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and a MA in Administration from the London School of Economics.
