Sônia Hess de Souza has been president of Dudalina S/A since 2003. Founded by her parents 57 years ago, Dudalina S/A has become the largest shirt manufacturer in Latin America, with both male and female fashion brands. Today, the company has more than 2,500 employees, six factories, and 108 retail stores, including franchises in Milan, Panama, and Ecuador. Ms. Hess de Souza is also president of LIDE Mulher, a group of female business leaders that promotes female leadership. She studied Business Administration and specialized in tailoring in Barcelona.
