Stephen Remedios is a partner and associate director in the People Strategy practice of Boston Consulting Group. He has more than 22 years of experience having done line and staff roles in leading multinational organizations. Professionally, he focuses on coaching, training, enablement, and leadership development in both the public and private sectors. 

Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from XIMB. He is a certified coach and has over 1000 hours of senior coaching experience. 

Before joining BCG, Stephen spent a decade with Hindustan Unilever in a variety of sales, marketing, and analytics roles. He also served as the open enrollment lead faculty with the Center for Creative Leadership on their Singapore campus.
