Terry Dale serves as president of U.S. Tour Operators Association since 2011. In 2013, he assumed the additional role of CEO for the association. Previously, Dale was president and CEO of Cruise Lines International Association. He also served as vice president of the NYC Convention and Visitors Bureau and president of the New England Society of Convention and Visitors Bureaus. Dale has also served on the board of directors of the U.S. Travel Association, Hospitality Sales and Market Association International, and Visit Florida.
