Thomas McDonald is managing partner and cofounder of Jaguar Growth Partners. Prior to the creation of Jaguar, McDonald was chief strategic officer of Equity International. He also served as a director for several portfolio companies including Gafisa, BR Malls, Tenda Parque Arauco Crédito Imobilario, Bracor, and Brazilian Finance and Real Estate. McDonald graduated from the University of Notre Dame and received an MBA. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
