Yanqing Yang is deputy editor-in-chief of China Business News, host and commentator on China Business Network, and an invited research fellow at CEIBS International Financial Research Center and Institute of Finance and Development of Nankai University. Before she helped found China Business News, Yang was a senior reporter at Liberation Daily in Shanghai. Focusing on global financial issues in relation to Chine, she has published academic papers, commentaries, interviews, and articles in both Chinese and English. Yang has attended and moderated sessions at events such as IMF conferences, the World Economic Forum, the Lujiazui Forum, and the Shanghai Forum. She holds a Ph.D., Master’s degree, and Bachelor’s degree from Fudan University. Yang was also a visiting scholar at Johns Hopkins University.
