“The common factor of Globant all the time has been that we dare," said Martin Migoya, the company's co-founder and CEO. In a conversation at the 2024 Council of the Americas Symposium, he highlighted the journey of Globant, which is being honored at the BRAVO Awards as the Company of the Decade.
What has enabled Globant to be so successful? Migoya spoke about the passion his team has. "[Globant] is not just a vehicle to create money. It's a vehicle to show what we have inside, and what we have inside is a lot of entrepreneurship."
He also pointed to the company's nimble approach to adopting technology. One of the thing we are totally obsessed with is following the next generation of technologies," he said. Right now, he is looking at the way technology interacts with creativity as a field where major changes will occur.
