Video: 2013 Latin American Cities Conferences, Rio de Janeiro - Keynote Speaker Eduardo Paes

In partnership with Rio Negócios, AS/COA held a half-day conference in Rio de Janeiro focused on entrepreneurship and innovation, recreating Silicon Valley in Latin America, and technology in Rio de Janeiro.

Opening keynote speaker, Rio de Janeiro Mayor Eduardo Paes, focused on Rio as a global city, as well as the constructive impact of upcoming mega-events. He noted that Rio is "a city that believes in entrepreneurship," and one with great opportunities given the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympic Games.
