"We always want to know everything when we make the next step. No, just jump in," said Propy CEO Natalia Karayaneva, encouraging women to take the leap into burgeoning industries, like crypto and fintech during a panel at the seventh Women's Hemispheric Network Forum in Miami.
Stefany Bello of Mastercard noted that at numerous events she attended on crypto over the last couple of months, only two women total were in the room. This experience motivated her to "change the narrative from the user perspective, from the software developer perspective, and from the institutional level perspective to bring more women into this space," she said.
