COA Vice President Eric Farnsworth spoke at a panel discussion on China's emerging role in Latin America and the Caribbean at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
"The issue of China’s emerging presence in the Americas is one that…only continues to gain in importance given China’s role in Latin America’s recovery from the global economic crisis, as well as Latin America’s strong pre-crisis growth, much of which was fueled by trade with China," said COA's Eric Farnsworth at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
