The newspaper says that El Dorado: Myths of Gold "confirms the valuable scholarly work being done by small institutions outside the mainstream."

The director and chief curator of art at Americas Society is included in the publication's "Curators to Watch" article.

"China under Xi Jinping has been keen to develop relations with Mexico," said AS/COA's Eric Farnsworth to the Financial Times.
