Advancing female representation in leadership positions is essential for progress and diversity. In this session, a group of CEOs will discuss where women stand in the corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) agenda. With the S&P projecting women to make up 50 percent of leadership by 2030, corporate leaders will discuss how this shift towards gender parity is shaping corporate strategies and cultures. Executives will share their personal experiences and priorities for increasing female representation in the workplace.

After a 30-year-long distinguished career in social work advocating for South Florida families, Mayor Levine Cava began her public service career in 2014. In November 2020, she was elected as Miami-Dade County's first female mayor.

A group of female leaders from traditionally male-dominated fields will discuss their career paths, namely the obstacles and barriers they overcame to reach leadership roles. Research indicates that women in these sectors encounter more challenges than their male peers, including unequal access to high-level opportunities, the need for more supportive professional networks, and self-doubt. Trailblazers from various industries will share how they are setting the stage for other women to succeed.
