Ignacio Yarur Arrasate is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from the IESE Business School in Barcelona. He joined Bci in 2004, and since then he has worked in all the Bank's businesses, after having spent 19 years in the Management Team, developing and directing key units of the financial business, such as Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Private Banking, MACH digital account, Data & Analytics, including his time at City National Bank of Florida.

Diogo Ide is a senior program manager in Microsoft’s UN and International Organizations office. He manages Microsoft’s engagement with the UN on early warnings, digital transformation, and environmental sustainability. He is also an active member of the Microsoft LGBTQ+ ERG group. Previously, Diogo was a director of public policy programs at the Americas Society & Council of the Americas, where he was responsible for tracking policy developments and managing relationships with C-suite executives and senior government officials.
