César Landa Arroyo

César Landa Arroyo has been Peru's foreign minister since February 1, 2022. He was a senior professor of constitutional law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. He has been a national and international constitutional consultant and arbitrator for public and private institutions. He is the former president and magistrate of the Constitutional Court of Peru (2004–2010), ad-hoc judge of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (2003–2014) and vice minister of state in the Office of Justice (2004).
