Recap: 2022 COA Symposium & 27th BRAVO Business Awards

Held at the University of Miami, the 2022 Council of the Americas Symposium convened an exclusive community of C-Level leaders shaping Latin America's business agenda, including CEOs from multilatinas, entrepreneurs and co-founders of the new Latin American unicorns, Latin America corporate presidents of the leading global multinationals, and venture capitalists. "Latin America is known not just for having an idea but the power to make it happen," said Cristina Palmaka, president of SAP Latin America and the Caribbean, during the Global Trends Driving Opportunities for Latin America conversation at the 27th COA Symposium and BRAVO Business Awards.

Collectively, the 27th BRAVO Business Awards honorees represent how true leadership and passion are drivers of change, social impact, and business success, even as the world continues facing unprecedented challenges. "The most important thing we can do for our region is to make sure that everyone has access to the possibility of creating their own path in life so that we can have social mobility in a content not known for it," concluded Pierpaolo Barbieri, founder and CEO of Ualá, during his acceptance speech for the 2022 BRAVO Visionary CEO of the Year Award.
