Moises Vidal is a managing director, treasury sales executive based in Miami. He is responsible for leading treasury sales for Corporates & Multinationals in the Latin America region. His responsibilities include the development and execution of the overall market strategy, as well as the integration with other lines of business including Cash Management, Trade Finance, FX, and Liquidity sales efforts. 

Roberto Alvo is CEO of Latam Airlines Group, having assumed the role in April 2020. With over 18 years experience at LATAM, Roberto was previously chief commercial officer and has held various positions in the group with the responsibility for network, alliances and fleet strategy, cargo, IT, strategic planning and finance. Prior to joining LATAM, he worked at Chilean mining company Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile S.A. Roberto is a civil engineer and holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Haim Israel is a managing director and global strategist who heads up the Global Thematic Research team. Prior to this, Israel was the head of Bank of America’s EEMEA Technology, Media and Telecommunication Research team. For the past four years, Israel and team have been ranked first in the Thematic Research and ESG – Integrated Climate Change teams in the Institutional Investor Extel Global Survey. Israel attained his MBA from The Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and also holds a dual major in Finance & Business. 

Joan Viñals is managing director and partner at BCG, and leader of People & Organization practice area for North Latam. He is also a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice and leader of Growth Tech for Spanish-speaking South America. 

Vanessa Schneider is partner at BCG and a core member of the People & Organization practice area. Based in Frankfurt, she specializes in organizational design, continuous improvement, capability building, and talent and leadership development, with a focus on balancing health and performance throughout the customer and employee lifecycle. 

Rodrigo Suarez is Marsh Latin America leader for Climate and Sustainability Consulting, coordinating Marsh’s capabilities and solutions in the region, with a deep understanding in environment, social and climate. 

Felipe Botrán is the Managing Director of Losa Group, the Family Office of the Bosch Gutierrez family, shareholders of CMI a multinational company with over 100 years of history in the poultry and renewable energy industries. Since January 2012, Felipe has led Losa Group, driving the firm’s growth with a focus on alternative and private investments and also helping the family in their journey as an enterprise family. 

Kate Kiewel is currently a vice president at Bicycle Capital, the largest growth equity fund dedicated to Latin America backed by prominent institutions like Mubadala Capital and Claure Group. Kate leverages her background across investing, fundraising, and operating.
