Juan Martín Bulgheroni ocupa el cargo de vicepresidente de planificación y estrategia dentro de operaciones upstream de Pan American Energy. Graduado como bachiller en ciencias, Bulgheroni es ingeniero de petróleo en Colorado School of Mines. Obtuvo un MBA en Darden Graduate School of Business Administration en la Universidad de Virginia, Estados Unidos. Anteriormente, en Pan American Energy, dirigió vicepresidencias de no convencionales, operaciones en Neuquén y de control de gestión y programación.

Christian Cetera has more than 25 years of experience in the human resources role, having worked for companies such as Nabisco and especially General Electric, where he served 20 years as a regional leader in several industries from engineering plastics, energy, aviation, healthcare, as well as responsible for the corporate education area for Latin America.

Guillermo Calo is a very experienced leader, with more than 30 years in management and administration roles across Argentina, Chile, Peru, Paraguay and Uruguay. He is currently the Managing Director of Rincon lithium project in Argentina. Rincon is a large undeveloped lithium brine project located in the heart of the lithium triangle in the Salta Province of Argentina, an emerging hub for greenfield projects.

Jose W. Fernandez was confirmed by the Senate as Under Secretary for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment on August 6, 2021.  He leads the State Department’s bureaus and offices that stand at the center of the Biden-Harris Administration’s efforts on climate change, clean energy, health, supply chain security, and other economic priorities. Under Secretary Fernandez is also the United States Alternate Governor to the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the Inter-American Development Bank.

President Biden nominated Marc R. Stanley as US Ambassador to Argentina on August 6, 2021. After unanimous Senate confirmation on December 18, 2021, he received accreditation from the Argentine government on January 24, 2022. Stanley's 40-year career as a trial lawyer was highlighted by his expertise in national class actions and complex litigation, earning him titles like "Best Lawyer in Dallas" and "Super Lawyer" in Texas. 

Martín Genesio holds the position of President and CEO of the AES Group´s companies in Argentina. He joined Termoandes S.A., an AES group company, as Commercial Manager in 2006. Later on, he was appointed as General Manager of Termoandes and General Manager and COO for AES companies in Argentina. Prior to joining Termoandes, he served as International Sales Manager at EDF Global Solutions, a company part of the Electricité de France holding and Commercial Manager for LATAM at Mercados Energeticos Consultores, a regional consultant company.

Karina Saade is country head of Brazil. In this role, Saade is responsible for leading the Brazilian business including setting its strategy for growth, delivering the full suite of BlackRock products and services to Brazilian clients and engaging with key local stakeholders. She is a member of the Human Capital Committee, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and Latin America's Regional Executive Committee. Prior to her current role, she was COO and Head of Strategy for the Latin America region.

Flavia Lima is a diversity editor at Folha. She coordinated the newspaper's first two training programs aimed exclusively at black professionals (2021 and 2022). She was an ombudsman from May 2019 to May 2021. She was an economics reporter for Folha, Valor Econômico and Gazeta Mercantil. She also worked at Bloomberg TV, as a producer and reporter, and was editor of the website of Dinheiro magazine, by Editora Três. She holds a law degree from Mackenzie and a degree in social sciences from the University of São Paulo (USP).

Aline Cardoso is São Paulo's municipal secretary for economic development and labor, a position she took on in 2017 with the objective of stimulating the generation of jobs and income, entrepreneurship, and food security for the population of São Paulo. Graduated and post-graduated in international relations from PUC-SP and the University of Strasbourg, she worked in the sector for 15 years, stimulating investments and exports.
