12th Annual AS/COA Women's Hemispheric Network Conference: New York
This half-day conference brought together thought leaders to discuss the future of work and the power of mentorship.
Overview
Join us for a series of thought-provoking conversations on women’s leadership. The half-day event will gather business leaders who will share their personal stories and perspectives on what work-life balance means, as well as the importance of mentorship and sponsorship in the aspirational road towards leadership positions.
Attracting and retaining top talent is key for companies to thrive, and it is generally accepted that giving employees optionality at work is important for personal wellbeing and performance. What does work-life balance mean to women at each stage in their career? How do changing priorities at home impact the need for flexibility at work? How can a mentor or sponsor transform your confidence in your career? How does mentorship, both traditional and reverse mentoring, serve as a conduit for growth?
The conference will also include networking sessions and our always-inspiring Table Leader Sessions over lunch, where conference attendees can discuss the day’s panels and presentations, as well as exchange experiences and career advice.
