Mariano Tannenbaum

Mariano Tannenbaum, 49, is the chief financial officer of Arcos Dorados. He joined Arcos Dorados in 2008 and has held several positions at the corporate level, with his last position being Senior Director of Corporate Finance. Previously, Mr. Tannenbaum had a long international career in Europe and the United States. He worked for the IFG Group in Switzerland, for Tyco International in Switzerland and Princeton, New Jersey and for Sabre Holdings in London.

Jeff Hales

Jeffrey Hales was appointed as a member of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) in June 2022, effective July 1, 2022. 

He served as the chair of Value Reporting Foundation’s SASB Standards Board from 2018 to 2022, overseeing the agenda setting and due process associated with the SASB standards development and maintenance. Before serving on the Standards Board, he chaired the SASB Standards Council, which was formed in 2012.

Maria Laura da Rocha is secretary-general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2023-present). Abroad, she was ambassador to Romania (2020–2022) and ambassador to Hungary (2017-2020); representative of Brazil to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations – FAO (2014-2017); permanent delegate of Brazil to the United Nations Education Organization; permanent delegate of Brazil to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) (2011-2014).

Rodrigo Pacheco

Rodrigo Pacheco is the president of the Federal Senate and the National Congress for the 2023-25 term, after holding these positions in the 2021-23 term. She is a law graduate with extensive experience in the environmental area and more than 20 years of professional experience—with more than half of these dedicated to the forestry sector.
