Carolina Dolan Chandler leads Globant’s internal digital transformation as chief digital officer. She is also in charge of establishing a cross-company data strategy and overseeing the adoption, development, and implementation of digital technologies across the organization ranging from the company’s homegrown applications to industry standards such as Salesforce, SAP, Success Factors, and more. 

Thiago Barral has been the secretary of planning and energy transition of the Ministry of Mines and Energy since February 2023. A career employee of the Energy Research Company company, he joined EPE in 2007 as an analyst and held positions such as president, superintendent of generation projects and director of economic-energetic and environmental studies. As president of EPE, he sat on the Electric Sector Monitoring Committee and on the National Energy Policy Council.

Natalie Unterstell is president of the Talanoa Institute, a think tank dedicated to climate change policies in Brazil. She was director of sustainable development of the Presidency of the Republic. She is a member of the accreditation panel of the Green Climate Fund, the largest fund dedicated to climate finance in the world. She holds a master's degree in public administration from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and a degree in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (EAESP-FGV).

Rosario Navarro is president of the Confederation of Chilean Industry (SOFOFA) and has a distinguished career in the business community in Chile. With strong emphasis in innovation and digital transformation, she has held the position of vice-president at SONDA, senior partner at IDEMAX Business Consulting, and serves as a member of the board at various companies. 

Soledad Jeria has been the country manager of Chile for Rio Tinto since 2020. Her key responsibilities are managing the Joint Venture with Minera Escondida positioning and generating alliances between Rio Tinto and other copper mining companies, like Codelco with the Rio de Cobre agreement. She has a solid track record of over 18 years in the mining industry, holding positions in finance, business development, projects, and operations in leading companies like Antofagasta Minerals, Teck, and SQM.

Ana Claudina García Allende has more than 20 years of experience in corporate law, financing operations, compliance and telecommunications. After eight years as Legal and Public Affairs Director of American Tower in Mexico, she assumed the position of Vice President of Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability for Latin America in 2022. 

Elizabeth Frawley Bagley has worked in diplomacy and the law for over four decades. Her diplomatic experience includes service as senior advisor to Secretaries of State John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, and Madeleine Albright. She has also served as special representative to the United Nations General Assembly, special representative for global partnerships, and United States ambassador to Portugal. Bagley served as a board member of SBI., a cellular communications company in Show Low, AZ.

At just 32, he has driven the company to global success, achieving a unicorn status valued at $1.5 billion in 2021. He has played a crucial role in establishing a joint venture with Kraft Heinz Company, known as The Kraft Heinz Not Company, which aims to revolutionize global food production towards a more sustainable future.
