With a bachelor of science in computing and master's of business administration, Aristides Cavalcante Neto has worked at the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB) for 25 years. He is deputy head of the IT department and chief of Cybersecurity and Technological Innovation Office. He is in charge of fostering and collaborating on initiatives related to cybersecurity and technological innovation in the Brazilian financial system.

Glaucia Lauletta has more than 25 years of litigation experience representing clients in controversial tax disputes in Brazil’s highest courts—the Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Supreme Court. She advises domestic and foreign clients from virtually every industry and business sector on federal, state and municipal tax matters. Glaucia is a board member of the Brazilian Bar Association-São Paulo Chapter, and a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Tax Committee of the U.S.

Carlos Prates is the general manager for Moody's Local in Brazil, and a senior advisor for the Relationship Management team of Moody's Investor Service in the country. He joined Moody's in 2021 after almost 30 years leading relationship management teams in the investment banking sector. In his current role, Carlos is the legal representative of Moody's Local and MIS in Brazil, and member of its Board of Director. He also manages the commercial and analytical team of Moody's Local in the country.

Adriana Dupita covers Brazil and Argentina for Bloomberg Economics and is based in São Paulo, Brazil. She has worked as an economist since 1996, most recently for Santander and Citibank. Ms. Dupita has a BSc from Universidade de São Paulo, in Brazil, and an MSc from London School of Economics and Political Science in the UK, both in economics

Santiago Martinez is the head of sustainability and decarbonization at Ecopetrol. He holds an MBA from ESMT Berlin and a law and business master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. For the past five years he has been leading the sustainability and climate change agenda in Ecopetrol. He led similar previous efforts for GIZ as Team Leader of Colombia's OECD accession process, as a Legal Officer for IUCN's Environmental Law Centre and as head of the legal area at the Ministry of the Environment in Colombia.

Tim Christophersen joined Salesforce as VP, Climate Action in May 2022. Within the global Sustainability Team, he is focused on the role of nature-based solutions to climate change. Tim is based in Denmark. 

Helena Pavese holds a BSc in biological sciences, an MPhil in Environment, Society and Development and a diploma in Diplomacy and International Environmental Law. Currently, she holds the position of executive manager for environment at Suzano.

Nicole Schwab has a master’s in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and an MA in natural sciences from Cambridge University. Formerly, she worked on health sector reform projects in Latin America at the World Bank and the Ministry of Health of Bolivia from 2004-06. She is a founding director of the Forum of Young Global Leaders and co-founder and president of the EDGE Certified Foundation, a global scheme certifying organizations for closing the gender gap in the workplace.
